CREATING émotion

To create an emotion in boat design, means visualising the invisible: lightness, speed, calm, joy, racy or quiet, gentle or rather confident... so many attributes that arouse emotions, just as a good wine or a living being would; this attachment over time becomes more refined. It is this emotional connection to the boat that makes it long-lasting. Shaping these emotions is our art.

DESIRE by design...

A 'coup de coeur*’, will bypass our rational considerations : a slightly unbalanced silhouette suggesting intention, direction, sculpted surfaces, as if created by nature, animated by controlled highlights, will engage your subconscious attention : the static product, becomes animated, alive...desirable.

When a product is mature and the market saturated, one boat will be desired over another, due to visceral desire : To design for visceral desire, means to catch the heart’s attention.

(*a sudden desire, impulse)

CREATING identity

Design goes beyond creating the object: the design of a boat conveys values specific to each brand: a specific identity that builds a legacy ; We design boats reflecting the core values of brands.

TRUST BY DESIGN

A boat at sea needs to be reassuring. It's unity that reassures people. Visual coherence brings the perception of unity and therefore of the solidity of the boat and the brand. When we design an interior, it's based in one way or another on the exterior, and vice versa. We design this coherence

Human Centered

A well designed boat is a healthier, less polluting, more durable boat.

The center of our design consideration is not the object; it is not the boat ; it is the human.

The environmental impact of a boat is defined during the design phase. From the beginning of a project we think of the end of life: we design boats to last over time, in terms of design and construction.

CREATING materiality

We guarantee the feasibility of our creations; we test the materials we offer in saline environments and under UV light over the long term: recycled and recyclable, lightweight, renewable bio-sourced materials that can be dismantled and separated. Sustainable design is part of our DNA - as a result of constant work with our sites and suppliers, we have been able to make interiors lighter and increasingly recyclable.
